| Sir Arthur Appearances - Ghosts 'n Goblins (NES) A legend has been passed down for many years that tells of the adventures of brave Sir Arthur. In the year of our lord nineteen hundred and eighty-five a powerful evil spread throughout all of Christendom; the dred-king Astaroth had come to kidnap the virtuous princess, and let loose his ghoulish minions upon the land. Unfortunately for Sir Arthur (seen here laying in a field in his undergarments about to get domed by the "virtuous" princess) he must don his best demon slaying armor and take up his mighty sword to battle the hordes of undead who stand in his way of tappin’ that sweet princess ass. He fought gallantly, even as he would be bruised and battered by countless numbers of zombies bursting forth from the ground to the point where he would have to fight in his underwear, it became painfully and at times uncomfortably evident to the various minions he dispatched. And lo, noble Sir Arthur tirelessly climbed the stairs to Astartoth’s throne room in order to vanquish the demon king and rescue his lady.
However after defeating the king Arthur finds that this had all been a trap and he is spirited away to whence his journey began, doomed to try and rescue the princess again, this time the journey would prove to be much more difficult as Astaroth has reinforced his goblin army with more minions. Despite facing these impossible odds Arthur once again risks his life and on occasion his self-esteem to finally defeat Astaroth for real and finally be able to finish what he started with the princess in the field. |
