Citan Uzuki

Xenogears is possibly the greatest RPG to be released on the Playstation 1. This game had it all: graphics, music, giant robots and a great cast of characters. It’s hard narrowing down just one character from this game, but the bespectacled doctor Citan Uzuki is in my mind the most memorable.

Why is Citan such an awesome (yes, I said awesome) character? First off all, let's look at his residence, a farmhouse in the mountains just outside of Lahan village. It is a tranquil dwelling complete with chickens, windmills and a really cool laboratory. The perfect place for Citan and his wife to raise their daughter Midori.

Citan has a great sense of fashion. Long flowing hair, circular glasses and green robe that conceals his katana. Citan is an adept martial artist whose speed and arcane abilities make him an invalubale ally. He also posseses powerful healing abilities, he is a doctor after all.

But behind his warm and friendly persona is a mysterious man who holds ties with powerful and dangerous allies. Just what are his true intentions?
